The earth colors are muted yet saturated at the same time, but not too much. This image is fine without a person but would also benefit with people or animals in it.
All the pieces fit well together from the park bench off the right to the path leading away along with the fall foliage. Focus is clear throughout the near and the far. My only change might be in the left and right edges. I closed in both sides to eliminate the white bright spot on the left and took out the spindly tree at the right edge to give less distraction to the scene. This is a value judgement and works both with the change and left alone as intended.
